The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Soldiers Group

From the very beginning of Campaign 4, new Dungeon Master Brennan Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with deep backstory, a diverse cast of personalities, and a exciting storyline including angels, evil spirits, and sinister influences growing in power within the urban setting.

Note: Key plot points for the third episode of Campaign 4 are included.

The Combat-Oriented Party Revealed

The third episode concluded with a major cliffhanger and introduced the first table of characters who will separate from the main group to undertake their separate journey, separate from the remaining groups.

The Soldiers table includes the determined fighter (played by Travis Willingham), the agile character (the talented performer), the fierce warrior (the cast member), Wicander (Sam), and Kattigan (the actor).

Dividing the Cast

With an extensive roster, it was obvious from the beginning that having everyone at one table would be unworkable.

Hence, the initial installments of this story serve as an Overture, intertwining the individual narratives before splitting into three distinct groups: Warriors, Schemers, and Explorers.

Characteristics of the Warrior Group

According to Brennan Lee Mulligan, the combat-focused party is for participants who enjoy a classically intense battle-oriented story mode where diplomatic options are rare.

At first glance, figures such as the squeamish cleric Wicander Halovar might look mismatched, but the developments of the third episode make it clear why these five characters are ideally matched for the combat party.

Why They Must Go

For one thing, the group has a clear idea where to proceed after a intense first encounter with the enemy group.

An old friend of Thjazi Fang—whose passing started the narrative’s action—used the foes for his selfish purposes, entering the secret base, assaulting the character, and taking all the magical artifacts to dispose of.

The traitor then settled his debts and fled to a fortified location in Gormalay, Timmony, beyond the city, with Teor’s brother pursuing him.

Character Drivers

Additionally, each adventurer has a personal reason to exit the metropolitan area:

  • The rogue, as the companion and trusted friend, wants revenge.
  • The knowledgeable figure knows the region and cautions that it is a hostile environment.
  • The warrior and The cleric, having resisted his family’s wishes to execute Teor and instead freed him, have no safe haven.
  • However, their status as key figures in House Halovar could help the party access locations they usually can’t.
  • Furthermore, Teor swore a life debt to The savior for his salvation and will now follow him everywhere.

Fugitives

Lastly, all of them are hunted by the authorities that govern the city for a multiple motives, making staying in the city no longer safe:

  • The rogue and The hero are notorious outlaws.
  • The strong figure and Wicander defied the influential house and the legion of demons they are partnered with.
  • The fighter is targeted for elimination by the clan.

This results in them little choice but to journey toward Timmony in pursuit of the traitor.

Upcoming Developments

From the recent installment’s Cooldown, we find out that the Soldiers table will not appear the following episode, leaving the remaining eight players to assemble the Seekers and Schemers groups.

Audiences can look forward to discovering which characters will be assigned to which table in Campaign 4’s last Overture episode, available to watch on the upcoming Thursday.
